Increases combustion. Green coffee is made from unripe, green coffee beans and contains a high content of the antioxidant chlorogenic acid. In ordinary roasted coffee, chlorogenic acid is present only in small quantities when it disappears when roasted. An American study from the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania, shows that those who drink or take green coffee as a dietary supplement lose weight more easily. The study participants averaged 10 percent of their body weight after 22 weeks. Green coffee can also be a tool for type 2 diabetics to gain control of elevated blood sugar levels. Studies of an intake of 400 milligrams of chlorogenic acid have shown a 24 percent reduction in blood sugar after meals.

After the product was praised by the popular American TV doctor Dr Oz, demand became enormous and periodically the product has even been completely out of the trade. Raspberry ketones are extracts from raspberries that, according to research, help the body to burn more fat more easily.
Increases the feeling of saturation. Glucomanna is a water-soluble dietary fiber with the ability to absorb 2-300 times its own weight in water. Most often, the glucomannan is extracted from the root of the brandy plant, which is why the word brandy is sometimes found in the name of products containing the fiber. However, this is not a content of beverage brandy, but root brandy! The function of the glucomanna in weight loss is appetite suppression and increased saturation as the fibers swell in the stomach and then deceive the body’s saturation signals. The increased feeling of saturation means that the portions you eat decrease, which leads to reduced caloric intake. Glucomannan is found in both pure glucomannan products and in combination with other substances such as apple cider vinegar or chromium.
Reduces unwanted sugar craving. Chromium contributes to normal fat, protein and carbohydrate turnover and to maintaining a normal blood sugar level which reduces sugary intake. Chromium deficiency can contribute to disturbed glucose and fat metabolism, especially cholesterol – and can lead to diabetes, high blood sugar, elevated blood fats, elevated cholesterol, atherosclerosis and high blood pressure. Decreases body fat. CLA comes from English’s “Conjugated Linoleic Acid” and is an essential omega 6 fatty acid found naturally in meat and dairy products, among other things. CLA is said to be able to help improve the distribution of body fat and muscle by reducing the proportion of body fat and increasing the proportion of muscle mass. Mostly used as supplements and supplements in training.
Increases metabolism. Popular supplement that has been used for weight loss purposes for thousands of years and has proven efficacy to stimulate metabolism. It is said to contribute to the food being absorbed more slowly in the intestinal system which means that the body cannot store fat as easily. Also provides a smoother blood sugar, reduced appetite and reduced sweetness. Stabilizing blood sugar. Chinese medicine has been drinking tea on white mulberry leaves for a long time to counteract commuting blood sugar. In the early 2000s, Japanese researchers found that certain substances in white mulberries, including 1-deoxinojirimycin, severely inhibited the body’s metabolism of carbohydrates. It was also found that mulberry extract gave a smoother blood sugar curve after carbohydrate-rich meal. Japanese researchers claim that white mulberry leaves can be used by people who are sensitive to carbohydrates and easily get blood sugar, but also as a preventative and complementary treatment in diabetes. Extracts of mulberry leaves can be used to lower high blood sugar levels and provide smoother blood sugar curve after meal, reduce appetite, contribute to weight loss, increase insulin sensitivity and lower bad cholesterol.
